Kendra Pohn Fogarty

Public Affairs Manager, U.S. Cellular

Kendra Pohn Fogarty currently serves at Public Affairs Manager for U.S. Cellular. She helps manage national non-profit partnerships and strategically align corporate philanthropy with business drivers, harnessing the passion and energy of 6,400 employees to achieve an annual goal of 30,000 volunteer hours.

Prior to this role, Ms. Fogarty served as Executive Director of two non-profit organizations and as the Environmental and Economic Affairs Officer for the Canadian Consulate General in Chicago. Her role there encompassed economic, environmental, energy, and infrastructure policy for the Government of Canada’s Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade. Ms. Fogarty’s experience also includes managing projects for the Great Lakes Protection Fund, sustainability and environmental policy consulting, and environmental enforcement litigation as a former Assistant Attorney General for the State of Illinois.

She is currently President of the Midwest Leadership Council for the National Parks Conservation Association in Chicago and a member of the Corporate Social Responsibility Group of Chicago.

Ms. Fogarty holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, cum laude, from the University of Colorado and a law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law with an emphasis in Environmental and Energy Law.

Ms. Fogarty was appointed to the board of the Great Lakes Protection Fund in December of 2015.
