Andrew McElwaine is Director of Strategy and Operations for the Three Rivers Alliance of Community Health Centers.   He previously served as Vice President of Sustainability at the Heinz Endowments, and president of the Pennsylvania Environmental Council.

Mr. McElwaine holds a B.A. from Duke University, a master’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University and a master’s degree from George Mason University.

Mr. McElwaine was appointed to the board of the Great Lakes Protection Fund in May of 2018.
