Anne Elfering serves as Executive Assistant at The Great Lakes Protection Fund. In this role, she provides executive, Board, and Committee support and manages the day-to-day administration of the Fund’s office.  

With more than 15 years of experience supporting C-suite executives, founders, and board leadership, Anne brings extensive expertise in executive operations, board governance, project coordination, and organizational management. She is known for her exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, and ability to anticipate the needs of senior leaders while fostering productive relationships with colleagues, board members, and external partners. 

She is passionate about helping mission-focused organizations operate efficiently and effectively through thoughtful planning, collaboration, and exceptional executive support.
