Shannon Donley

Shannon is Project Implementation Manager at the Great Lakes Protection Fund and has primary responsibility for overseeing the project portfolio (on average, 18-23 projects totaling over $15 million), surfacing and resolving issues in those projects, spotting value where the teams do not, and maximizing impacts of the projects.

Prior to joining the Fund, Shannon spent over ten years working as an environmental scientist and project manager for several large environmental and engineering consulting firms. She has an environmental science degree and a Masters in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology, both from the University of Kansas.
